This is good at participating locations in Houston, Dallas, Waco, Wichita Falls, Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, Tyler and Oklahoma City.
It is not good on mobile app orders, and you must have the physical card with you so it can be punched. It does not appear that any purchase is necessary, so this is a great deal!
