Thank you PinkBlush for sponsoring this post!

For New Year’s Eve this year, Marcus and I went to our Towne Lake neighborhood party and had so much fun! Our tickets included dinner and drinks (for those who weren’t pregnant!), a photo booth, a live band, a balloon drop and fireworks to ring in the new year. This was our third year going, and we have loved it each time!I had been searching for a maternity dress to wear to the event and knowing it was fairly dressy in the past, I was confident nothing in my closet was going to work with my current pregnant belly. When given the opportunity to work with PinkBlush again, I jumped on it! I found this beautiful blue cold shoulder mermaid dress on their site and fell in love.

I was even happier with my choice when I received it in the mail and tried it on. It was so flattering on my 27-week-pregnant belly, and I loved the vibrant blue color and ruffle hemline. I was also very comfortable in the style. With the conservative neckline and length a bit past the knees, I had no worries about dancing all night long!
Outfit Details:
Dress: PinkBlush | Shoes: Steve Madden (similar) | Necklace: Old Jessica Simpson piece | Earrings: Kate Spade

Because this dress isn’t too glitzy, it would also work for other special events like weddings or company parties.
One of my favorite parts of our neighborhood party is they have childcare on site! We were able to go grab Adeline before the fireworks show and watch them together as a family (all just five minutes from our house)!
PinkBlush is a great site for anybody expecting a baby, nursing or postpartum and even those with little ones as they have children’s clothes! A gift card would be a great Valentine’s Day gift idea for a pregnant mama in your life!
