Adeline and I recently went to our first mother daughter tea party! Our neighborhood Towne Lake, put on this event for its residents and we were so excited to take part.

Each table had tea pots, small sandwiches, and sweet treats for the moms and daughters. Cinderella made an appearance, sang a song for the group and took pictures with each girl. Adeline thought she was Elsa, so she was over the moon!

My favorite part of the event was The Succulent Bar. I’ve heard about this company but had never been to an event where they were. You get to pick out and customize your own succulent! It’s a really cute concept and the setup is adorable in itself. It provides a nice party favor and is really just a unique addition to a party.

This event was very well attended. The ballroom at the Towne Lake Lakehouse was packed! We were so happy to run into lots of our friends there! We’ve been in Towne Lake for two and a half years, and its fun seeing more and more familiar faces at each event we attend. It’s really starting to feel like home.

Towne Lake puts a lot of effort into planning thoughtful events and this mother daughter tea party was no exception. Some of my best friends are people I’ve met in Towne Lake, and I love getting to attend events with them right in the neighborhood. I know these are memories we are going to cherish forever!

The number of moms and daughters in matching outfits at this event was impressive! And course Adeline and I wouldn’t miss out on a chance to twin! Our dresses are from Amazon and are very affordable. Her rose gold sparkly natives are her favorite at the moment, and her bow comes in a set of 38 on Amazon!
